40 You shall have charge over my house, and all my people shall [a]be governed according to your word and pay respect [to you with reverence, submission, and obedience]; only in [matters of] the throne will I be greater than you [in Egypt].” 41 Then Pharaoh said to Joseph, “See, I have set you [in charge] over all the land of Egypt.” 42 Then Pharaoh took off his signet ring from his hand and put it on Joseph’s hand, and dressed him in [official] vestments of fine linen and put a gold chain around his neck.

Joseph in Charge of Egypt
41 So Pharaoh said to Joseph, “I hereby put you in charge of the whole land of Egypt.”(D) 42 Then Pharaoh took his signet ring(E) from his finger and put it on Joseph’s finger. He dressed him in robes(F) of fine linen(G) and put a gold chain around his neck.(H)
