Genesis 41:31-33
Revised Standard Version
31 and the plenty will be unknown in the land by reason of that famine which will follow, for it will be very grievous. 32 And the doubling of Pharaoh’s dream means that the thing is fixed by God, and God will shortly bring it to pass. 33 Now therefore let Pharaoh select a man discreet and wise, and set him over the land of Egypt.

31 The abundance in the land will not be remembered, because the famine that follows it will be so severe. 32 The reason the dream was given to Pharaoh in two forms is that the matter has been firmly decided(A) by God, and God will do it soon.(B)
33 “And now let Pharaoh look for a discerning and wise man(C) and put him in charge of the land of Egypt.(D)
