Genesis 40:6-8
Modern English Version
6 Joseph came in to them in the morning and looked at them and realized they were sad. 7 So he asked Pharaoh’s officials who were with him in the care of his lord’s house, saying, “Why do you look so sad today?”
8 And they said to him, “We have dreamed a dream, and there is no interpreter for it.”
Then Joseph said to them, “Do not interpretations belong to God? Please tell them to me.”

6 When Joseph came to them the next morning, he saw that they were dejected. 7 So he asked Pharaoh’s officials who were in custody(A) with him in his master’s house, “Why do you look so sad today?”(B)
8 “We both had dreams,” they answered, “but there is no one to interpret them.”(C)
Then Joseph said to them, “Do not interpretations belong to God?(D) Tell me your dreams.”
