Genesis 35:9-11

9 After Ya‘akov arrived from Paddan-Aram, God appeared to him again and blessed him. 10 God said to him, “Your name is Ya‘akov, but you will be called Ya‘akov no longer; your name will be Isra’el.” Thus he named him Isra’el. 11 God further said to him, “I am El Shaddai. Be fruitful and multiply. A nation, indeed a group of nations, will come from you; kings will be descended from you.

Genesis 35:9-11
New International Version
9 After Jacob returned from Paddan Aram,[a](A) God appeared to him again and blessed him.(B) 10 God said to him, “Your name is Jacob,[b] but you will no longer be called Jacob; your name will be Israel.[c]”(C) So he named him Israel.
11 And God said to him, “I am God Almighty[d];(D) be fruitful and increase in number.(E) A nation(F) and a community of nations will come from you, and kings will be among your descendants.(G)
