Genesis 35:8-10
International Standard Version
8 Rebekah’s nurse Deborah died and was buried there, under the oak tree that was below Beth-el. That’s why the place was named Allon-bacuth.[a]
God Appears Again to Jacob
9 God appeared again to Jacob after he had arrived from Paddan-aram[b] and blessed him. 10 Then God told him,
“Your name is Jacob.
No longer are you to be called Jacob.
Instead, your name will be Israel.”
So God called his name Israel

Genesis 35:8-10
New International Version
8 Now Deborah, Rebekah’s nurse,(A) died and was buried under the oak(B) outside Bethel.(C) So it was named Allon Bakuth.[a]
9 After Jacob returned from Paddan Aram,[b](D) God appeared to him again and blessed him.(E) 10 God said to him, “Your name is Jacob,[c] but you will no longer be called Jacob; your name will be Israel.[d]”(F) So he named him Israel.
