² So Jacob said to his ^(A)household and to all who were with him, “Put away ^(B)the foreign gods which are among you and ^(C)cleanse yourselves and change your garments;

⁵ Anyone, moreover, who touches his bed shall wash his clothes and bathe in water and be unclean until evening;

⁷ Thus you shall do to them, for their ^[a]cleansing: sprinkle ^[b]purifying ^(A)water on them, and let them ^[c](B)use a razor over their whole ^[d]body and ^(C)wash their clothes, and they will be clean.

^21 (A)The Levites, too, purified themselves from sin and washed their clothes; and Aaron presented them as a wave offering before Yahweh. Aaron also made atonement for them to cleanse them.

¹⁹ Then the clean person ^(A)shall sprinkle on the unclean on the third day and on the seventh day; and on the seventh day he shall purify him from uncleanness, and he shall wash his clothes and bathe himself in water and shall be clean by evening.

¹⁴ Blessed are those who ^(A)wash their robes, so that they may have the authority to ^(B)the tree of life and may ^(C)enter by the ^(D)gates into the city.
