¹⁶These are the sons of Ishmael and these are their names, by their villages and by their encampments, ^(A)twelve princes according to their tribes.

¹⁶These were the sons of Ishmael, and these are the names of the twelve tribal rulers^(A) according to their settlements and camps.^(B)

¹⁶These are the sons of Ishmael, and these are their names, by their towns, and by their castles; twelve princes according to their nations.

¹⁰All their cities in the places where they lived, and all their ^(A)encampments, they burned with fire,

¹⁰They burned^(A) all the towns where the Midianites had settled, as well as all their camps.^(B)

¹⁰And they burnt all their cities wherein they dwelt, and all their goodly castles, with fire.
