Genesis 24:54-56
New Catholic Bible
54 He and his men then ate and drank and slept the night. When he rose in the morning, he said, “Let me go to my master.”
55 But the brother and mother said, “Let the girl remain with us for a little time, ten days or so, and afterward you can go on your way.”
56 He answered them, “Do not delay me, now that the Lord has granted success to my journey. Let me leave and go to my master.”

54 Then he and the men who were with him ate and drank and spent the night there.
When they got up the next morning, he said, “Send me on my way(A) to my master.”
55 But her brother and her mother replied, “Let the young woman remain with us ten days or so;(B) then you[a] may go.”
56 But he said to them, “Do not detain me, now that the Lord has granted success(C) to my journey. Send me on my way(D) so I may go to my master.”
