21 (A)Meanwhile, the man was gazing at her [a]in silence, to know whether Yahweh had made his journey successful or not.
22 Now it happened that when the camels had finished drinking, the man took a (B)gold ring weighing a [b]half-shekel and two bracelets for her [c]wrists weighing ten shekels in gold, 23 and said, “Whose daughter are you? Please tell me, is there a place for us to lodge in your father’s house?”

New International Version
21 Without saying a word, the man watched her closely to learn whether or not the Lord had made his journey successful.(A)
22 When the camels had finished drinking, the man took out a gold nose ring(B) weighing a beka[a] and two gold bracelets(C) weighing ten shekels.[b] 23 Then he asked, “Whose daughter are you?(D) Please tell me, is there room in your father’s house for us to spend the night?(E)”
