Genesis 22:6-8

6 Abraham took the wood for the burnt offering and laid it on his son Isaac.(A) In his hand he took the fire and the knife,(B) and the two of them walked on together.
7 Then Isaac spoke to his father Abraham and said, “My father.”
And he replied, “Here I am, my son.”
Isaac said, “The fire and the wood are here, but where is the lamb for the burnt offering?”
8 Abraham answered, “God himself will provide[a](C) the lamb for the burnt offering, my son.” Then the two of them walked on together.

6 Abraham took the wood for the burnt offering and placed it on his son Isaac,(A) and he himself carried the fire and the knife.(B) As the two of them went on together, 7 Isaac spoke up and said to his father Abraham, “Father?”
“Yes, my son?” Abraham replied.
“The fire and wood are here,” Isaac said, “but where is the lamb(C) for the burnt offering?”
8 Abraham answered, “God himself will provide(D) the lamb(E) for the burnt offering, my son.” And the two of them went on together.
