25 and (A)He overthrew those cities, and all the [a]valley, and all the inhabitants of the cities, and what grew on the ground. 26 Then his wife, from behind him, (B)looked back, and she became a pillar of salt.
27 Now Abraham arose early in the morning and went to (C)the place where he had stood before Yahweh;

25 Thus he overthrew those cities(A) and the entire plain,(B) destroying all those living in the cities—and also the vegetation in the land.(C) 26 But Lot’s wife looked back,(D) and she became a pillar of salt.(E)
