25 And he overthrew those cities, and all the valley, and all the inhabitants of the cities, and what grew on the ground. 26 But Lot's wife, behind him, looked back, and she became (A)a pillar of salt.
27 And Abraham went early in the morning to the place where he had (B)stood before the Lord.

25 Thus he overthrew those cities(A) and the entire plain,(B) destroying all those living in the cities—and also the vegetation in the land.(C) 26 But Lot’s wife looked back,(D) and she became a pillar of salt.(E)
27 Early the next morning Abraham got up and returned to the place where he had stood before the Lord.(F)
