Genesis 18:20-22

20 Then Yahweh said, “Because the outcry of Sodom and Gomorrah is great and because their sin is very serious,[a] 21 I will go down and I will see. Have they done altogether according to its cry of distress which has come to me? If not, I will know.”

22 And the men turned from there and went toward Sodom. And Abraham was still standing before Yahweh.

New International Version
20 Then the Lord said, “The outcry against Sodom(A) and Gomorrah is so great(B) and their sin so grievous(C) 21 that I will go down(D) and see if what they have done is as bad as the outcry that has reached me. If not, I will know.”
22 The men(E) turned away and went toward Sodom,(F) but Abraham remained standing before the Lord.[a](G)
