Genesis 16:3-5

3 Then[a] Sarai, the wife of Abram, took Hagar, her Egyptian servant, after Abram had lived ten years in the land of Canaan, and gave her to Abram her husband as his wife. 4 And he went in to Hagar, and she conceived. And when she[b] saw that she had conceived, then her mistress grew small in her eyes. 5 And Sarai said to Abram, “may my harm be upon you. I had my servant sleep with you,[c] and when she saw that she had conceived, she no longer respected me.[d] May Yahweh judge between me and you!”

New International Version
3 So after Abram had been living in Canaan(A) ten years,(B) Sarai his wife took her Egyptian slave Hagar and gave her to her husband to be his wife. 4 He slept with Hagar,(C) and she conceived.
When she knew she was pregnant, she began to despise her mistress.(D) 5 Then Sarai said to Abram, “You are responsible for the wrong I am suffering. I put my slave in your arms, and now that she knows she is pregnant, she despises me. May the Lord judge between you and me.”(E)
