¹³But the men of Sodom were wicked and exceedingly great sinners against the Lord.

Genesis 13:13

New International Version

¹³Now the people of Sodom^(A) were wicked and were sinning greatly against the Lord.^(B)

²⁰And the Lord said, Because the shriek [of the sins] of Sodom and Gomorrah is great and their sin is exceedingly grievous,

²⁰Then the Lord said, “The outcry against Sodom^(A) and Gomorrah is so great^(B) and their sin so grievous^(C)

⁵And they called to Lot and said, Where are the men who came to you tonight? Bring them out to us, that we may know (be intimate with) them.

⁵They called to Lot, “Where are the men who came to you tonight? Bring them out to us so that we can have sex with them.”^(A)
