Galatians 4:5-7
International Children’s Bible
5 God did this so that he could buy freedom for those who were under the law. His purpose was to make us his children.
6 And you are God’s children. That is why God sent the Spirit of his Son into your hearts. The Spirit cries out, “Father, dear Father.”[a] 7 So now you are not a slave; you are God’s child, and God will give you what he promised, because you are his child.

5 to redeem(A) those under the law, that we might receive adoption(B) to sonship.[a](C) 6 Because you are his sons, God sent the Spirit of his Son(D) into our hearts,(E) the Spirit who calls out, “Abba,[b] Father.”(F) 7 So you are no longer a slave, but God’s child; and since you are his child, God has made you also an heir.(G)
