⁹So you see: the people of faith are blessed along with faithful Abraham.

Redeemed from the law’s curse

¹⁰Because, you see, those who belong to the “works-of-the-law” camp are under a curse! Yes, that’s what the Bible says: “Cursed is everyone who doesn’t stick fast by everything written in the book of the law, to perform it.” ¹¹But, because nobody is justified before God in the law, it’s clear that “the righteous shall live by faith.”

⁹So those who rely on faith^(A) are blessed along with Abraham, the man of faith.^(B)

¹⁰For all who rely on the works of the law^(C) are under a curse,^(D) as it is written: “Cursed is everyone who does not continue to do everything written in the Book of the Law.”^[a]^(E) ¹¹Clearly no one who relies on the law is justified before God,^(F) because “the righteous will live by faith.”^[b]^(G)
