3 Are you so foolish? Having begun [a]by the Spirit, are you now [b]being perfected by the flesh? 4 Did you [c]suffer so many things for nothing—(A)if indeed it was for nothing? 5 So then, does He who (B)provides you with the Spirit and (C)works [d]miracles among you, do it by the works of [e]the Law, or by [f](D)hearing with faith?

3 Are you so foolish? After beginning by means of the Spirit, are you now trying to finish by means of the flesh?[a] 4 Have you experienced[b] so much in vain—if it really was in vain? 5 So again I ask, does God give you his Spirit and work miracles(A) among you by the works of the law, or by your believing what you heard?(B)
