3 You witless Galatians! Who has bewitched you? Messiah Jesus was portrayed on the cross before your very eyes! 2 There’s just one thing I want to know from you. Did you receive the spirit by doing the works of Torah, or by hearing and believing? 3 You are so witless: you began with the spirit, and now you’re ending with the flesh?

3 You foolish(A) Galatians!(B) Who has bewitched you?(C) Before your very eyes Jesus Christ was clearly portrayed as crucified.(D) 2 I would like to learn just one thing from you: Did you receive the Spirit(E) by the works of the law,(F) or by believing what you heard?(G) 3 Are you so foolish? After beginning by means of the Spirit, are you now trying to finish by means of the flesh?[a]
