³Yet not even Titus,^(A) who was with me, was compelled to be circumcised, even though he was a Greek.^(B)

³But neither Titus, who was with me, being a Greek, was compelled to be circumcised:

²Let me ask you only this: ^(A)Did you receive the Spirit by works of the law or by ^(B)hearing with faith?

²I would like to learn just one thing from you: Did you receive the Spirit^(A) by the works of the law,^(B) or by believing what you heard?^(C)

²This only would I learn of you, Received ye the Spirit by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?
