2 It is I, Paul, who am telling you that if you have yourselves circumcised, Christ will be of no benefit to you.(A) 3 Once again I declare to every man who has himself circumcised(B) that he is bound to observe the entire law.[a] 4 You are separated from Christ, you who are trying to be justified by law; you have fallen from grace. 5 (C)For through the Spirit, by faith, we await the hope of righteousness.

2 Mark my words! I, Paul, tell you that if you let yourselves be circumcised,(A) Christ will be of no value to you at all. 3 Again I declare to every man who lets himself be circumcised that he is obligated to obey the whole law.(B) 4 You who are trying to be justified by the law(C) have been alienated from Christ; you have fallen away from grace.(D) 5 For through the Spirit we eagerly await by faith the righteousness for which we hope.(E)
