³ Then send^(A) word to the kings of Edom, Moab, Ammon,^(B) Tyre and Sidon^(C) through the envoys who have come to Jerusalem to Zedekiah king of Judah. ⁴ Give them a message for their masters and say, ‘This is what the Lord Almighty, the God of Israel, says: “Tell this to your masters: ⁵ With my great power and outstretched arm^(D) I made^(E) the earth and its people and the animals^(F) that are on it, and I give^(G) it to anyone I please. ⁶ Now I will give all your countries into the hands of my servant^(H) Nebuchadnezzar^(I) king of Babylon; I will make even the wild animals subject to him.^(J)

²⁴ They will come against you with weapons,^[a] chariots and wagons^(A) and with a throng of people; they will take up positions against you on every side with large and small shields and with helmets. I will turn you over to them for punishment,^(B) and they will punish you according to their standards.

³⁷ Your Majesty, you are the king of kings.^(A) The God of heaven has given you dominion^(B) and power and might and glory;
