¹⁰ And they shall bear their punishment^[a]—the punishment of the prophet and the punishment of the enquirer shall be alike—

³⁵ Therefore thus says the Lord God: Because ^(A)you have forgotten me and ^(B)cast me behind your back, you yourself ^(C)must bear the consequences of your lewdness and whoring.”

⁴⁹ And they shall return your lewdness upon you, and ^(A)you shall bear the penalty for your sinful idolatry, and ^(B)you shall know that I am the Lord God.”
