The Gates to the Inner Court

²⁸ Then he brought me into the inner court through the south gate, and he measured the south gate; it had the same measurements^(A) as the others.

⁵ Then the Spirit^(A) lifted me up^(B) and brought me into the inner court, and the glory^(C) of the Lord filled the temple.^(D)

¹⁹ The priest is to take some of the blood of the sin offering and put it on the doorposts of the temple, on the four corners of the upper ledge^(A) of the altar^(B) and on the gateposts of the inner court.

46 “‘This is what the Sovereign Lord says: The gate of the inner court^(A) facing east^(B) is to be shut on the six working days, but on the Sabbath day and on the day of the New Moon^(C) it is to be opened.

³⁶ And he built the inner courtyard^(A) of three courses^(B) of dressed stone and one course of trimmed cedar beams.
