6 An end is come, the end is come, it [a]watched for thee: behold, it is come.
7 The [b]morning is come unto thee, that dwellest in the land: the time is come, the day of trouble is near, and not the [c]sounding again of the mountains.
8 Now I will shortly pour out my wrath upon thee, and fulfill mine anger upon thee: I will judge thee according to thy ways, and will lay upon thee all thine abominations.

It has roused itself against you.
See, it comes!
7 Doom has come upon you,
upon you who dwell in the land.

There is panic, not joy, on the mountains.
8 I am about to pour out my wrath(D) on you
and spend my anger against you.
I will judge you according to your conduct
and repay you for all your detestable practices.(E)
