It will come about that every living creature which swarms in every place where the [a]river goes, will live. And there will be very many fish, for these waters go there and the others [b]become fresh; so (A)everything will live where the river goes. 10 And it will come about that (B)fishermen will stand beside it; from (C)Engedi to Eneglaim there will be a place for the (D)spreading of nets. Their fish will be according to their kinds, like the fish of the (E)Great Sea, (F)very many. 11 But its swamps and marshes will not become [c]fresh; they will be [d]left for (G)salt.

Swarms of living creatures will live wherever the river flows. There will be large numbers of fish, because this water flows there and makes the salt water fresh; so where the river flows everything will live.(A) 10 Fishermen(B) will stand along the shore; from En Gedi(C) to En Eglaim there will be places for spreading nets.(D) The fish will be of many kinds(E)—like the fish of the Mediterranean Sea.(F) 11 But the swamps and marshes will not become fresh; they will be left for salt.(G)
