6 My flock went many different ways through all the mountains and on every high hill. My sheep were spread over all the earth, and there was no one looking for them.”’”
7 So, you shepherds, hear the Word of the Lord. 8 “As I live,” says the Lord God, “My flock has been killed and become food for wild animals because they had no shepherd. My shepherds did not look for My flock. They fed themselves, but have not fed My flock.”

6 My sheep wandered over all the mountains and on every high hill.(A) They were scattered(B) over the whole earth, and no one searched or looked for them.(C)
7 “‘Therefore, you shepherds, hear the word of the Lord: 8 As surely as I live, declares the Sovereign Lord, because my flock lacks a shepherd and so has been plundered(D) and has become food for all the wild animals,(E) and because my shepherds did not search for my flock but cared for themselves rather than for my flock,(F)
