Ezekiel 33:8-10
English Standard Version
8 (A)If I say to the wicked, O wicked one, you shall surely die, (B)and you do not speak to warn the wicked to turn from his way, (C)that wicked person shall die in his iniquity, but his blood I will require at your hand. 9 (D)But if you warn the wicked to turn from his way, and he does not turn from his way, (E)that person shall die in his iniquity, (F)but you will have delivered your soul.

10 “And you, (G)son of man, say to the house of Israel, Thus have you said: ‘Surely our transgressions and our sins are upon us, and (H)we rot away because of them. (I)How then can we live?’

New International Version
8 When I say to the wicked, ‘You wicked person, you will surely die,(A)’ and you do not speak out to dissuade them from their ways, that wicked person will die for[a] their sin, and I will hold you accountable for their blood.(B) 9 But if you do warn the wicked person to turn from their ways and they do not do so,(C) they will die for their sin, though you yourself will be saved.(D)
10 “Son of man, say to the Israelites, ‘This is what you are saying: “Our offenses and sins weigh us down, and we are wasting away(E) because of[b] them. How then can we live?(F)”’
