Ezekiel 33:16-18
New English Translation
16 None of the sins he has committed will be counted[a] against him. He has done what is just and right; he will certainly live.
17 “Yet your people[b] say, ‘The behavior[c] of the Lord is not right,’[d] when it is their behavior that is not right. 18 When a righteous man turns from his godliness and commits iniquity, he will die for it.

16 None of the sins(A) that person has committed will be remembered against them. They have done what is just and right; they will surely live.(B)
17 “Yet your people say, ‘The way of the Lord is not just.’ But it is their way that is not just. 18 If a righteous person turns from their righteousness and does evil,(C) they will die for it.(D)
