5 You are like a ship built of finest fir from Senir. They took a cedar from Lebanon to make a mast for you. 6 They made your oars from oaks of Bashan. The walls of your cabin are of cypress from the southern coast of Cyprus. 7 Your sails are made of Egypt’s finest linens; you stand beneath awnings bright with purple and scarlet dyes from eastern Cyprus.

New International Version
5 They made all your timbers
of juniper from Senir[a];(A)
they took a cedar from Lebanon(B)
to make a mast for you.
6 Of oaks(C) from Bashan
they made your oars;
of cypress wood[b] from the coasts of Cyprus(D)
they made your deck, adorned with ivory.
7 Fine embroidered linen(E) from Egypt was your sail
and served as your banner;
your awnings were of blue and purple(F)
from the coasts of Elishah.(G)
