7 therefore, behold, I have stretched out my hand against you, and will hand you over as spoil to the nations; and I will cut you off from the peoples and will make you perish out of the countries; I will destroy you. Then you will know that I am the Lord.

8 “Thus says the Lord God: Because Moab[a] said, Behold, the house of Judah is like all the other nations, 9 therefore I will lay open the flank of Moab from the cities[b] on its frontier, the glory of the country, Beth-jesh′imoth, Ba′al-me′on, and Kiriatha′im.

New International Version
7 therefore I will stretch out my hand(A) against you and give you as plunder(B) to the nations. I will wipe you out from among the nations and exterminate you from the countries. I will destroy(C) you, and you will know that I am the Lord.(D)’”
A Prophecy Against Moab
8 “This is what the Sovereign Lord says: ‘Because Moab(E) and Seir(F) said, “Look, Judah has become like all the other nations,” 9 therefore I will expose the flank of Moab, beginning at its frontier towns—Beth Jeshimoth(G), Baal Meon(H) and Kiriathaim(I)—the glory of that land.
