4 Behold, therefore I will deliver thee to the [a]men of the East for a possession, and they shall set their [b]palaces in thee, and make their dwellings in thee: they shall eat thy fruit, and they shall drink thy milk:
5 And I will make [c]Rabbah a dwelling place for camels, and the Ammonites a sheepcote, and ye shall know that I am the Lord.
6 For thus saith the Lord God, Because thou hast clapped the hands, and stamped with the feet, and rejoiced in heart with all thy despite against the land of Israel,

4 therefore I am going to give you to the people of the East(A) as a possession. They will set up their camps(B) and pitch their tents among you; they will eat your fruit and drink your milk.(C) 5 I will turn Rabbah(D) into a pasture for camels and Ammon into a resting place for sheep.(E) Then you will know that I am the Lord. 6 For this is what the Sovereign Lord says: Because you have clapped your hands(F) and stamped your feet, rejoicing with all the malice of your heart against the land of Israel,(G)
