⁹“‘Therefore this is what the Sovereign Lord says:

“‘Woe to the city of bloodshed!
I, too, will pile the wood high.

¹²^(A)“Woe to him ^(B)who builds a town with blood
and founds a city on iniquity!

¹²“Woe to him who builds a city with bloodshed^(A)
and establishes a town by injustice!
