⁴¹You sat on ^(A)a stately couch, with a table spread before it ^(B)on which you had placed my incense and ^(C)my oil.

⁴¹You sat on an elegant couch,^(A) with a table^(B) spread before it on which you had placed the incense^(C) and olive oil that belonged to me.^(D)

²¹^(A)You cannot drink the cup of the Lord and ^(B)the cup of demons. You cannot partake of the table of the Lord and ^(C)the table of demons.

²¹You cannot drink the cup of the Lord and the cup of demons too; you cannot have a part in both the Lord’s table and the table of demons.^(A)
