6 “Look, every prince of Israel(A) within you has used his strength to shed blood. 7 Father and mother are treated with contempt,(B) and the foreign resident is exploited within you. The fatherless and widow are oppressed in you.(C)

6 “‘See how each of the princes of Israel who are in you uses his power to shed blood.(B) 7 In you they have treated father and mother with contempt;(C) in you they have oppressed the foreigner(D) and mistreated the fatherless and the widow.(E)
