Ezekiel 22:14-16

14 Will your heart remain firm, will your hands be strong, in the days when I deal with you? I am the Lord; I have spoken, and I will act! 15 I will disperse you among the nations and scatter you over other lands, so that I may purge your filth. 16 In you I will allow myself to be desecrated in the eyes of the nations; thus you shall know that I am the Lord.

14 Will your courage endure(A) or your hands(B) be strong in the day I deal with you? I the Lord have spoken,(C) and I will do it.(D) 15 I will disperse you among the nations and scatter(E) you through the countries; and I will put an end to(F) your uncleanness.(G) 16 When you have been defiled[a] in the eyes of the nations, you will know that I am the Lord.’”
