⁸ “‘Therefore this is what the Sovereign Lord says: Because of your false words and lying visions, I am against you,^(A) declares the Sovereign Lord.

¹⁵ Therefore this is what the Lord says about the prophets who are prophesying in my name: I did not send them, yet they are saying, ‘No sword or famine will touch this land.’ Those same prophets will perish^(A) by sword and famine.^(B)

²⁰ But a prophet who presumes to speak in my name anything I have not commanded, or a prophet who speaks in the name of other gods,^(A) is to be put to death.”^(B)
