2 (On the fifth of the month [a]in the (A)fifth year of King Jehoiachin’s exile, 3 the (B)word of the Lord came expressly to Ezekiel the priest, son of Buzi, in the (C)land of the Chaldeans by the river Chebar; and there (D)the hand of the Lord came upon him.)
4 As I looked, behold, a (E)storm wind was coming from the north, a great cloud with fire flashing forth continually and a bright light around it, and in its midst something like (F)glowing metal in the midst of the fire.

2 On the fifth of the month—it was the fifth year of the exile of King Jehoiachin(A)— 3 the word of the Lord came to Ezekiel(B) the priest, the son of Buzi, by the Kebar River in the land of the Babylonians.[a] There the hand of the Lord was on him.(C)
4 I looked, and I saw a windstorm(D) coming out of the north(E)—an immense cloud with flashing lightning and surrounded by brilliant light. The center of the fire looked like glowing metal,(F)
