Exodus 8:19-21
International Standard Version
19 The magicians told Pharaoh, “It is the finger of God!”[a] But Pharaoh’s heart was stubborn[b] and he did not listen to them, just as the Lord had predicted.
20 The Lord told Moses, “Get up early in the morning and stand before Pharaoh as he’s going down to the water. You are to say to him, ‘This is what the Lord says: “Let my people go so they can serve[c] me. 21 But if you don’t let my people go, I’ll send swarms of insects upon you, your servants, your people, and your households. The houses of Egypt—and even the ground on which they stand—will be filled with swarms of insects.

The Plague of Flies
20 Then the Lord said to Moses, “Get up early in the morning(D) and confront Pharaoh as he goes to the river and say to him, ‘This is what the Lord says: Let my people go, so that they may worship(E) me. 21 If you do not let my people go, I will send swarms of flies on you and your officials, on your people and into your houses. The houses of the Egyptians will be full of flies; even the ground will be covered with them.
