Exodus 4:8-10

8 “And so it will be, if they will not believe you or listen to the [a]witness of the first sign, they may believe the [b]witness of [c]this last sign. 9 But if it will be that they will not believe even these two signs and that they will not listen to your voice, then you shall take some water from the Nile and pour it on the dry land; and the water which you take from the Nile (A)will become blood on the dry land.”

10 Then Moses said to Yahweh, “Please, Lord, (B)I have never been a man of words, neither [d]recently nor in time past, nor since You have spoken to Your slave; for I am one with a [e]hard mouth and a [f]hard tongue.”

New International Version
8 Then the Lord said, “If they do not believe(A) you or pay attention to the first sign,(B) they may believe the second. 9 But if they do not believe these two signs or listen to you, take some water from the Nile and pour it on the dry ground. The water you take from the river will become blood(C) on the ground.”
10 Moses said to the Lord, “Pardon your servant, Lord. I have never been eloquent, neither in the past nor since you have spoken to your servant. I am slow of speech and tongue.”(D)
