Exodus 4:8-10

8 “And[a] if they do not believe you and they will not listen to the voice of the former sign, then they will believe the voice of the latter sign. 9 And[b] if they also do not believe the second of these signs and they will not listen to your voice, then you must take water from the Nile and pour it onto the dry ground, and the water that you take from the Nile will become blood on the dry ground.”
10 And Moses said to Yahweh, “Please, Lord, I am not a man of words, neither recently nor in the past nor since your speaking[c] to your servant, because I am heavy of mouth and of tongue.”

8 Then the Lord said, “If they do not believe(A) you or pay attention to the first sign,(B) they may believe the second. 9 But if they do not believe these two signs or listen to you, take some water from the Nile and pour it on the dry ground. The water you take from the river will become blood(C) on the ground.”
10 Moses said to the Lord, “Pardon your servant, Lord. I have never been eloquent, neither in the past nor since you have spoken to your servant. I am slow of speech and tongue.”(D)
