Exodus 4:8-10
International Standard Version
8 “Then if they don’t believe you and respond to the first sign, they may respond to the second[a] sign. 9 But if they don’t believe even these two signs, and won’t listen to you, then take some water out of the Nile River[b] and pour it on the dry ground. The water you took from the Nile River[c] will turn into blood on the dry ground.”
10 Then Moses told the Lord, “Please, Lord, I’m not eloquent.[d] I never was in the past[e] nor am I now since you spoke to your servant. In fact, I talk too slowly[f] and I have a speech impediment.”[g]

New International Version
8 Then the Lord said, “If they do not believe(A) you or pay attention to the first sign,(B) they may believe the second. 9 But if they do not believe these two signs or listen to you, take some water from the Nile and pour it on the dry ground. The water you take from the river will become blood(C) on the ground.”
10 Moses said to the Lord, “Pardon your servant, Lord. I have never been eloquent, neither in the past nor since you have spoken to your servant. I am slow of speech and tongue.”(D)
