Exodus 4:8-10

8 So shall it be, if they will not believe thee, neither obey [a]the voice of the first sign, yet shall they believe for the voice of the second sign.
9 But if they will not yet believe these two signs, neither obey unto thy voice, then shalt thou take of the [b]water of the river, and pour it upon the dry land: so the water which thou shalt take out of the river, shall be turned to blood upon the dry land.
10 ¶ But Moses said unto the Lord, Oh my Lord, I am not eloquent, [c]neither at any time have been, nor yet since thou hast spoken unto thy servant: but I am [d]slow of speech and slow of tongue.

New International Version
8 Then the Lord said, “If they do not believe(A) you or pay attention to the first sign,(B) they may believe the second. 9 But if they do not believe these two signs or listen to you, take some water from the Nile and pour it on the dry ground. The water you take from the river will become blood(C) on the ground.”
10 Moses said to the Lord, “Pardon your servant, Lord. I have never been eloquent, neither in the past nor since you have spoken to your servant. I am slow of speech and tongue.”(D)
