Exodus 4:22-24

22 Then you shall (A)say to Pharaoh, ‘Thus says the Lord: (B)“Israel is My son, (C)My firstborn. 23 So I say to you, let My son go that he may serve Me. But if you refuse to let him go, indeed (D)I will kill your son, your firstborn.” ’ ”
24 And it came to pass on the way, at the (E)encampment, that the Lord (F)met him and sought to (G)kill him.

22 Then say to Pharaoh, ‘This is what the Lord says: Israel is my firstborn son,(A) 23 and I told you, “Let my son go,(B) so he may worship(C) me.” But you refused to let him go; so I will kill your firstborn son.’”(D)
24 At a lodging place on the way, the Lord met Moses[a] and was about to kill(E) him.
