10 Then Moses said to the Lord, “Please, Lord, (A)I have never been [a]eloquent, neither [b]recently nor in time past, nor since You have spoken to Your servant; for I am [c]slow of speech and [d]slow of tongue.” 11 The Lord said to him, “Who has made man’s mouth? Or (B)who makes him mute or deaf, or seeing or blind? Is it not I, the Lord? 12 Now then go, and (C)I, even I, will be with your mouth, and (D)teach you what you are to say.”

11 The Lord said to him, “Who gave human beings their mouths? Who makes them deaf or mute?(B) Who gives them sight or makes them blind?(C) Is it not I, the Lord? 12 Now go;(D) I will help you speak and will teach you what to say.”(E)
