35 And Moses assembleth all the company of the sons of Israel, and saith unto them, `These [are] the things which Jehovah hath commanded -- to do them:

²Six days is work done, and on the seventh day there is to you a holy [day], a sabbath of rest to Jehovah; any who doeth work in it is put to death;

35 Moses assembled the whole Israelite community and said to them, “These are the things the Lord has commanded^(A) you to do: ²For six days, work is to be done, but the seventh day shall be your holy day, a day of sabbath^(B) rest to the Lord. Whoever does any work on it is to be put to death.^(C)
