35 Then Moses gathered together all the people of Israel, saying, “These are the things that the Lord has told you to do. 2 Work may be done for six days. But the seventh day will be a holy day for you, a Day of Rest to the Lord. Whoever does any work on this day will be put to death.

35 Moses assembled the whole Israelite community and said to them, “These are the things the Lord has commanded(A) you to do: 2 For six days, work is to be done, but the seventh day shall be your holy day, a day of sabbath(B) rest to the Lord. Whoever does any work on it is to be put to death.(C)
