⁹ And he said, If now I have found grace in thy sight, O Lord, let my Lord, I pray thee, go among us; for it is a stiffnecked people; and pardon our iniquity and our sin, and take us for thine inheritance.

¹⁹ I am one of them that are peaceable and faithful in Israel: thou seekest to destroy a city and a mother in Israel: why wilt thou swallow up the inheritance of the Lord?

⁶² He gave his people over also unto the sword; and was wroth with his inheritance.

⁷¹ From following the ewes great with young he brought him to feed Jacob his people, and Israel his inheritance.
