Exodus 32:6-8

6 So the next day they rose early and (A)offered burnt offerings, and brought peace offerings; and (B)the people sat down to eat and to drink, and rose up (C)to play.
7 Then the Lord spoke to Moses, “Go [a]down at once, for your people, whom (D)you brought up from the land of Egypt, have (E)corrupted themselves. 8 They have quickly turned aside from the way which I commanded them. (F)They have made for themselves a molten calf, and have worshiped it and (G)have sacrificed to it and said, ‘[b](H)This is your god, O Israel, who brought you up from the land of Egypt!’”

6 So the next day the people rose early and sacrificed burnt offerings and presented fellowship offerings.(A) Afterward they sat down to eat and drink(B) and got up to indulge in revelry.(C)
7 Then the Lord said to Moses, “Go down, because your people, whom you brought up out of Egypt,(D) have become corrupt.(E) 8 They have been quick to turn away(F) from what I commanded them and have made themselves an idol(G) cast in the shape of a calf.(H) They have bowed down to it and sacrificed(I) to it and have said, ‘These are your gods, Israel, who brought you up out of Egypt.’(J)
