New International Reader's Version
40 Along with the first lamb, offer three and a half pounds of fine flour. Mix it with a quart of oil made from pressed olives. Along with that, sacrifice a quart of wine as a drink offering. 41 Sacrifice the other lamb when the sun goes down. Sacrifice it along with the same grain offering and its drink offering as you do in the morning. It has a pleasant smell. It is a food offering presented to the Lord.
42 “For all time to come, this burnt offering must be sacrificed regularly. Sacrifice it at the entrance to the tent of meeting in front of the Lord. There I will meet with you and speak to you.

40 With the first lamb offer a tenth of an ephah[a] of the finest flour mixed with a quarter of a hin[b] of oil(A) from pressed olives, and a quarter of a hin of wine as a drink offering.(B) 41 Sacrifice the other lamb at twilight(C) with the same grain offering(D) and its drink offering as in the morning—a pleasing aroma, a food offering presented to the Lord.
42 “For the generations to come(E) this burnt offering is to be made regularly(F) at the entrance to the tent of meeting,(G) before the Lord. There I will meet you and speak to you;(H)
